Objective: Deliver the ultimate fanatical experience to fans, consumers, and customers.
Components:
Learning Map Session: Participants will participate in a spirited discussion about several topics related to the Fanatical Experience Learning Map.
Secret Sauce Workbook: Participants will start by filling out the questions related to creating and customizing their own identity.
Digital Learning Modules: Interactive online modules that mirror the Learning Map.
Big Picture Storyline: Developed in both print and digital formats to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fanatical experience.
11:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Break
11:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Interactive Session - Fanatical Experience
Group discussions and reflections on the progress.
Participants will share their insights and strategies for improvement.
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
Afternoon Session
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Learning Map 2 - Winning Together
Objective: Emphasize how the team delivers best practices, makes decisions, and leans into the Mission, Vision, Values, and Stakeholders.
Components:
Learning Map Session: Participants will participate in a spirited discussion about several topics related to the Winning Together Learning Map.
Secret Sauce Workbook: Participants will fill out questions related to team performance and collaboration.
Digital Learning Modules: Interactive online modules that mirror the Learning Map.
Big Picture Storyline: Developed in both print and digital formats to provide a comprehensive understanding of teamwork and collaboration.

3:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Interactive Session - Winning Together
